Chapoutier Cornas 2003
First Chapoutier. From a supposedly decent vintage. Very high in acid. Earthy nose. Fruity on the palate and super acid on the finish. Very interesting wine for me and went well with the food but I'm not sure I'd enjoy this on my own.
