My first Pegau CDP. Took some time to open up. Nose: rose petals, floral, barnyard funk for sure. Palate: cherry, dark red fruits. Finish: some acidity, no heat, very long finish. This was the wine of the night for Mrs. Capitol Hill Wino at a wine dinner.
