Copain Hawks Butte Syrah 2003

First Copain syrah. Previously had their pinots and enjoyed this syrah more. Nose: dark fruit, iodine, pepper. Palate: acidity, meat, not a lot of fruit. Mrs. Capitol Hill Wino says it tastes like bacon. Finish: very long, high fruit on the end.
